Less can be more. I begin my selection of samples
with a simple work, yet very powerful. My light
brings discovery and story to the most simple
or the most complex themes. I begin
from black, revealing only what needs revealing, that's
how lighting brings the power of discovery to the stage.
Below: A special effect with ultra violet, the audience never knew there was UV on for the entire act, yet when the masks appeared, the audience gasped in thier discovery.
Three fixtures provide clarity and power,
bounce light provides a mystical glow.
In my stage work my light delivers focus, texture,
feeling, and creates pace underlining the sense of story.
